Welcome! Upon your arrival in Turkey, you will be welcomed and picked up by our VIP transfer service. Our transfer service will track your flight and adjust for any delays. 

ARTIFEX’s selected drivers will save you from deciphering foreign public transport maps and haggling with local taxi drivers. We will get you to your hotel relaxed, recharged, and ready for your medical consultation and treatment with one of ARTIFEX’s specially selected doctors. 

Traveling with family or friends? Our van can accommodate up to five passengers together, with ample room for luggage.  

• Accommodation

• Patient Hosts

As challenging as travelling abroad as it is, communicating in a foreign country can be stressful. 

That’s why ARTIFEX has a bi-lingual team of patient hosts at our Global Services Department to help you while making sure that no language barrier occurs. On the day of your treatment or consultation, you will be picked up from your hotel by your interpreter who will assist you through the patient admission process and pre-operative tests.

You can think of your patient host as a companion, who will guide you through the everyday details and will do all the logistics for you to ensure your comfort.

• Air Ambulance

ARTIFEX Ambulance Service — air ambulance —provide accredited and licensed airplane and helicopter ambulances flown by professional pilots and staffed with highly trained paramedics, nurses, respiratory therapists, paediatric and neonatal specialists, perfusionists, and physicians who provide care to people with complex health conditions from airport arrivals or during transfer from hospital to hospital.

The air ambulance airplane is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

In many cases, health insurance does not cover air ambulance service if it is deemed not medically necessary or if it is selected by patient preference. Air ambulance dispatchers will provide a cost estimate when you call. Full payment for air ambulance transport is often required at the time of service if it is not medically necessary.
