As the chairman of the board of this well-established company, there is nothing that I care more about the quality health care outputs we produce for me than the trust of our business partners. Quality means doing the right things first of all. It also means good results and success.
Therefore, I would like to share my current thoughts on the use of productive AI at the corporate headquarters.
Generative AI is the most important new technology since the advent of the internet. It is developing at an astonishing rate. New applications and their results are still in the process of emerging. Generative AI models use what they learn to predict the second word most likely to follow a word in a sentence by scanning a large amount of published sources, including books, other publications, Wikipedia, and social media sites.
This innovation is becoming an increasingly important content and idea generation area for us. I am determined to make Lion Heart an invaluable source of information and analysis on artificial intelligence for years to come.
But AI also has obvious and great potential to change the way we view our day-to-day work as healthcare administrators and specialist consultants. It can help us in our analysis and in creating projects. It has the potential to save time to increase productivity and allow managers and experts to focus on creating original content and making projects.
However, although the AI models on the market today seem very clear and plausible, they are ultimately prediction engines and learn from the past. They can fabricate information. These are called “hallucinations”. They can create fake references and links. If artificial intelligence models are manipulated enough, they can produce completely wrong ideas and content. They can also copy existing societal perspectives, including historical biases.
In this era of rapid technological innovation, I believe that our mission to produce projects at the highest standards is much more important now. In this period when misinformation is produced and spread rapidly, and in general, there is a lot of data and information and trust is declining, Lion Heart’s mission is to provide accurate data, and to make effective projects successful with the best team.
It has an even greater responsibility today. Therefore, in the age of artificial intelligence, Lion Heart Healthcare’s experience in healthcare will continue to be made by people who are the best in their fields and who are committed to reporting, projecting and sharing analysis in an accurate and creative way as they happen in the world.
We will do experiments
Lion Heart Healthcare is also a pioneer in the healthcare industry. Our colleagues will embrace AI to serve our partners and customers and maintain our track record of effective innovation. Our project center will also remain a hub for innovation. It is important and necessary for Lion Heart Healthcare to have a team in the management and project center that can conduct experiments with artificial intelligence tools in a responsible framework to assist our experts in tasks such as data mining, text and image analysis and translation. We will not use realistic AI-generated content, but will explore how AI-enhanced projects, namely infographics, diagrams and photos, can be used. When we use such products, we will clearly declare this to our partners and customers. This will not affect the opinions and content of experts whose work has been published in Lion Heart Healthcare. Our team will also always perform these tasks under human supervision, taking into account the summarization capabilities of generative AI.
We will be transparent to ourselves and to our customers. To the extent possible, project center experiments, including products from third-party suppliers, will be recorded in an internal ledger. Our experts will be given a series of masterclasses on using generative AI to discover ideas, knowledge and content.
Every technology opens up exciting new horizons that must be explored responsibly. However, as recent history has shown, this enthusiasm must be accompanied by a caution against the risk of misinformation and changing the truth.
