So at ARTIFEX we have put in place a simple application process to suit you. Making an appointment through ARTIFEX International couldn’t be easier, whether you use your private medical insurance, pay for your own treatment or a refunded by third party.

A-Z Service 

ARTIFEX is uniquely equipped to organize your medical journey from A-to-Z. During your stay in Istanbul, you’ll be surrounded by a dedicated care team at top ARTIFEX partner facilities. Many of our carefully selected specialist partners in Turkey are internationally renowned and leaders within their areas of specialty, and they all work in multidisciplinary teams.

We have a multilingual team, dedicated to the welfare of our international patients. But we need to speak not only the language of our international patients and their loved ones, but also act in a culturally sensitive and compassionate manner. After all, the process of treatment and recovery is greatly improved when our guests are at ease, fully informed, and able to discuss every aspect of their diagnosis and treatment.

ARTIFEX can also arrange treatment for international patients, whether through an agency, diplomatic mission, or direct from your home country. 

Global Services Department 

We have a Global Services Department with dedicated experts and interpreters to help patients from overseas access the entire range of healthcare services at ARTIFEX.

The Department’s team of English-speaking experts are trained to explain, organize and coordinate your health journey from beginning to end, including when necessary liaising with your US private or medicare doctor if the recovery period demands.

Coming to Istanbul

Travelling abroad for medical treatment can be stressful. Our English-speaking Global Services Department is at your service to make your stay and treatment Istanbul as stress free as possible: we make every effort to keep you informed of all details with regular communication throughout the process from airport to admission and to discharge. Our services are not restricted to supporting patients during their stay in Turkey. We provide a ‘360 degree’ kaleidoscope of service and support.

This starts from the moment of your initial enquiry or referral; our work continues through the travel, transfer and admissions processes, throughout your treatment period, and beyond to follow-up and liaison with your own doctors after your safe return back home.
